Robbert Vorhoff is a Managing Director and Global Head of General Atlantic’s Healthcare sector. Previous portfolio responsibilities have included eviCore Healthcare, MedExpress Urgent Care, Align Networks, Grupo Qualicorp, RiskMetrics Group, and NYSE Euronext. Before joining the firm, Robb worked as an analyst at Greenhill & Co., first in the mergers & acquisitions and restructuring advisory group, and then in the private equity group, Greenhill Capital Partners. Prior to Google, Krishna helped start an electronic data interchange company that was acquired by Hewlett-Packard and a network security company that was acquired by Symantec.

Duane Dauner served as President and CEO of the California Hospital Association (CHA) from 1985 to 2017. CHA is the statewide representation and advocacy for California hospitals.
Mr. Dauner has been active in national hospital and health care issues, serving on numerous American Hospital Association (AHA) and American College of Healthcare Executives (ACHE) boards and committees. He has authored numerous articles and a book; is a nationally known leader on health issues; and has lectured at several California universities’ graduate programs.
Mr. Dauner is the founder and principal of Dauner Consulting, LLC, a public policy firm with expertise in health policy, political issues, strategic planning, advocacy, ballot initiatives, communications, research, policy analysis and development, management and transformation strategies. He was also on the faculty at Washburn University of Topeka, Kansas, prior to beginning his hospital association career at the Kansas Hospital Association.

Barbara L. McAneny is a board-certified medical oncologist/hematologist. She is president of the American Medical Association, served on the AMA Board of Trustees, has been a member of the American Society of Clinical Oncology (ASCO) Board of Directors, and president of the New Mexico Medical Society (NMMS), the Greater Albuquerque Medical Association, and the New Mexico Chapter of the American College of Physicians. Currently Dr. McAneny chairs the board of the National Cancer Care Alliance.
In 2012 Dr. McAneny received a $19.8 million award from the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Innovation to test how oncology private practices could provide cancer patients better care at a lower cost. This award, called COME HOME (for Community Oncology Medical Home), later helped form Medicare’s Oncology Care Model. Innovative Oncology Business Solutions Inc., the company she created to manage the award, is now assisting physician practices, in collaboration with ASCO, in developing the process changes needed for MACRA.

Erik Johnson is a VP and National Practice Lead for Value Based Care at Optum. In this role, he leads clients through the process of developing new value-based care strategies and operating models that rely on the sharing of risk between payers and health systems; the development of Medicare ACO and Medicare Advantage strategies; and the design and development of post-acute care networks. He was most recently Senior Vice President at Avalere Health. Prior to joining Avalere, Erik was a Managing Director with Manatt Health Solutions. He spent five years at the Advisory Board Company as Managing Director for its health IT and hospital finance research practices. Erik served in various management and executive capacities at MicroStrategy and started his career in health care as deputy branch chief for Health Finance in the Office of Management and Budget.

Helen Macfie is Chief Transformation Officer for MemorialCare, a four-hospital, 1,300 bed nonprofit health system including a Medical Foundation and over 2600 affiliated physicians, located in Southern California. She also serves as the Executive Administrator for MemorialCare’s Clinically Integrated Network. She serves as faculty for the Institute for Healthcare Improvement’s (IHI) Change, Patient Safety Executive and other courses, has been active on the Board of the California Hospital Association’s Hospital Quality Institute and state Quality Committee, is a member of the Board for California Hospital Assessment and Reporting (CHART), and several California statewide advisory boards (CQC). Most recently she has been serving as part of IHI’s Leadership Alliance, leading a workstream on “Big Waste” and serving on the Equity workstream. In addition, she is a MemorialCare Certified Lean Leader. She practiced as an acute care pharmacist for 13 years prior to moving into her organizational improvement work spanning the last 20+ years.

Dr. Molly Joel Coye is Executive in Residence and Executive Sponsor of Medicaid Transformation at AVIA. She advises technology developers, investors, national health systems and policy makers about disruptive technologies and business models that accelerate transformation and constrain health expenditures and serves on the advisory boards of early stage companies and venture and private equity firms investing in health care information technology and services.
Dr. Coye was the Chief Innovation Officer for UCLA Health, and was CEO of HealthTech. She was a member of the Board of Directors of Aetna, Inc. and served as Director of the California Department of Health Services.
An elected member of the National Academy of Medicine, she has also been a director of the American Hospital Association, the American Telemedicine Association, the American Public Health Association, the China Medical Board, and PATH, the largest nonprofit leader in innovation in global health.

John Gorman is Founder & Former Executive Chairman at Gorman Health Group (GHG). In this role, he led the development of the industry’s leading consulting practice and several entrepreneurial ventures in government health programs. John’s work focused on Medicare, Medicaid, and Affordable Care Act strategy, governance, and turnaround of distressed health plans. Prior to founding the firm, John served as Assistant to the Director of Health Care Financing Administration’s Office of Managed Care, where he provided day-to-day management and served as the external liaison for the Medicare and Medicaid managed care programs. During the 1993 debate on national healthcare reform, John was chief lobbyist on healthcare financing issues for the National Association of Community Health Centers, an organization of federally-funded primary care clinics for the medically underserved. John’s career in Washington began as Press Secretary and Staff Director for U.S. Representative John Conyers, Jr. (D-MI), then Chairman of the Government Operations Committee.

Dr. Grace Terrell is CEO of Envision Genomics, a company helping clinicians diagnose rare disease through the integration of genomic data into clinical care. At Envision Genomics, she is focused on the integration of precision medicine technology into population health frameworks for patients with rare, misdiagnosed, and undiagnosed disorders to improve the triple aim 100-fold. In 1995 she and seven other physicians founded Cornerstone Health Care, a multi-specialty medical practice now part of the Wake Forest Baptist Health System. In 2013, Dr. Terrell launched CHESS, a population health management company that brought the innovations of the Cornerstone care model redesign process to a wider group of health care systems and served as CEO. Dr. Terrell currently serves on the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services’ Physician Focused Payment Model Technical Advisory Committee, the Board of Directors of the American Medical Group Association, and the Oliver Wyman Health Innovation Center’s Leadership Alliance.
